The Underbelly

For centuries the Cowgate has been notorious for drunkenness and decadence; today is no different. Thousands of young people pour down into the many clubs on Friday nights in search of alcohol, drugs, sex and parties. ECM has been leading teams down there, with students from the Faith Mission and local Christians from different churches. We serve hot drinks and have suitable literature available. Through this simple and caring means, hundreds are hearing the Gospel and some have turned to Christ.
