Father, Thank You that you have a heart of cities.
Thank you that you have a Heart for this great city of Edinburgh and for every person who lives here.

We pray that whilst remembering the things of the past, we can look forward expectantly as we join with you in your plan for the future

Come Holy Spirit, to use the old rubble of past lives to build anew. Rebuild the foundations from out of your past. And I pray that you, Jesus, You’ll be known as the one who can fix anything, restore old ruins, rebuild and renovate, make our community liveable again.
